Mujiba Salaam Parker is a child of God, who accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior, and was baptized in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit in 1999.
Mujiba has over 10 years of professional experience in the fields of economic and community development, with expertise in program development and program management. She has worked in the private, non-profit, and public sectors with municipal, county, state, and federal levels of government. Mujiba is a dynamic administrator of financing and incentives to for-profit and non-profit organizations, poet, author, and motivational speaker, who also has an interest in photography. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Urban Studies and a master’s degree in Public Administration from Rutgers University.
Mujiba was raised in public housing and matriculated at public schools
in the City of Newark, New Jersey. She believes that her purpose in
life is to motivate people. One of Mujiba’s ultimate goals is to provide scholarships, grants, and low- or no-interest loans to individuals, who were raised in economically, disadvantaged conditions in the Cities of Newark, and Camden, New Jersey, to help fulfill their purpose in life.
